This interactive business success workshop is designed specifically for business owners and managers to show you how to increase your sales, profit, cashflow and business value. The ‘Edge’ workshop is essentially your first learning module within a simulated coaching environment.

Your first learning module and comprehensive workbook covers a number of key and very important ‘X Factors’ surrounding your business. These 'X Factors', combined with the easy-to-implement strategies you’re provided with, assist in building a high-performing and more profitable business. Best of all, many of these strategies can be implemented immediately after attending the ‘Edge’.

Essential learning from this workshop includes:

  • Focus - where you spend your time and how to use your time more effectively;
  • Growth - covers marketing, selling, servicing and delivery – the foundations of your business;
  • Numbers - looks at the breakdown of customers (new and existing), costs / expenditure and overall profitability and business value;
  • Lasercution - the way you get things done and simple strategies on how to implement your ideas powerfully.

The Discovery Consultation (DC) is an opportunity for you to really explore the true potential and current reality of your business on a one-on-one basis. This 2-hr consultation is all about reviewing your performance, understanding your goals and determining the best actions to move forward. It’s a chance for some one-on-one analysis of your business where you’ll immediately see some new strategies, tactics and ideas to implement.

The Rapid Health Check Report is a further professional business health assessment on your business. After completing an in-depth and confidential Business Health Check questionnaire, this report provides detailed information on your business in the areas of:

i) Revenue and cash flow modeling;
ii) Profit improvement modeling;
iii) Business valuation as well as business value improvement modeling.

Option 1 package is valued at $600.00, though our 'deal on the day' makes this available to you for a discounted price of an additional $330.00 inc GST (1 x fee payable per business).

The Rapid SWOT Report - gives a good level of reporting toward what the business’s level of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats are. After completing an in-depth and confidential Business Health Check questionnaire, this report also provides detailed information on your business in the areas of:


i) Revenue and cash flow modelling;
ii) Profit improvement modelling;
iii) Business valuation as well as business value improvement modelling;
iv) Your Business SWOT.


Key outcomes
include how to improve key areas within your business. You can use your SWOT Report to:

  • Assess Strengths to build on;
  • Identify Weaknesses to remove;
  • Open up Opportunities;
  • Remove potential Threats;
  • Create a simple report that can be an initial document for management;
  • Improve the value of the business from identifying key areas to work on.
Your SWOT Report also includes a detailed IBIS World Report providing you with additional resources and further intelligence about your industry. The IBIS Report alone is valued at $880.00 and allows you to:

  • Make market-ready, profit-maximising decisions quickly;
  • Strengthen your financial analysis of companies;
  • Assess your competitors and prospects;
  • Target key personnel within businesses.
