Phil Bamback
10X Entrepreneur & Business Coach

Phil has a passion for helping business owners and managers to implement strategies that have a significant impact on their growth, profit, cashflow and business value. Phil has a broad knowledge of how the economy works and what makes a successful business. He has seen what works and what doesn’t.

Phil is a serial entrepreneur and has been involved in business start ups since the age of 20.  He is currently Managing Director of Newcastle Wealth Management, Newcastle Insurance Brokers, MediWealth, Newcastle Pest Control and 10X Newcastle.  He is also a Director of Specialist SMSF Solutions and Newcastle Print Brokers, serves on the board as a non-executive Director of other companies with National and Global operations.  He currently also holds the Treasurers position of Cooks Hill Surf Life Saving Club as part of his comitment to the not-for-profit sector and is happy to consider serving on any not-for-profit boards if asked. Phil is a fan of licensing and is currently expanding three of his own licensing businesses across Australia.

He has a strong belief that anyone who wants to exceed in any endeavor including sports or business requires coaching to succeed and has been coached himself in business since the early 90’s.

Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Melissa is 10X Newcastle's Sales and Marketing Coordinator and joins the team with several years of experience across different professional industries. Melissa has gained extensive work experience in the fields of direct marketing; customer service and business administration. This work history, combined with her experience of working abroad for three years means Melissa is well adapted to the different facets of business and business people.

Melissa has just completed a Bachelor of Visual Communication & Design at Newcastle University and enjoyed the design, advertising and marketing subjects throughout the degree. This allows Melissa to integrate her studies with work and compliments her role well.

Melissa enjoys the day to day processes of nurturing current members and soon-to-be clients through various marketing activities and customer service oriented projects. Her strong work ethic and enthusiastic approach to her work has paved the way for her to provide a warm, welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for clients.

Melissa takes pleasure in seeing new members come on board to 10X Newcastle and seeing their businesses develop and grow. She enjoys being apart of this exciting process within a fast paced environment where the collective business vision is to make a difference to people's lives and their business.
