The RapidStartup product and process is a short term program aimed purely at the supply of a needed business plan in a short timeframe and generally because their is an immediate need.
This RapidStartup program is a combination of a questionnaire that you need to complete in detail and from the returned questionnaire and financial
information, a business plan is constructed. The questionnaire has a
degree of depth and as such your will need around 5+ hours over two
weeks in order to fill in the questions adequately.
RapidSWOT is a program that gives a good level of reporting toward what the businesses level of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats are.
There is enough information within the RapidSWOT to undertake a good degree of discussion as to how to improve key areas within your business.As this is a startup business, your will also need to spend some quality time with the cashflow inside the questionaire.

RapidValuation - $5,000 + GST- Asset Valuation Method –calculates the value of tangible and intangible assets available to be transferred on the sale of the business
- Discounted Cash Flow Analysis – determines the present value of future opportunities or cash flow
- Capitalisation of Profit –multiplies a business’s adjusted net profit before tax by a capitalisation factor, which is specific to each business and the particular point in time
Accordingly the Assessment via the RapidValuation questionnaire establishes a valuation for the business in its current form, based on current (adjusted) earnings – it does not incorporate future potential growth.
The RapidValuation is a combination of a questionnaire that you need to complete and return with a profit & loss and balance sheet for the previous three years. The RapidValuation questionnaire takes about 1.5 hours to complete and all questions need to be answered with a high degree of truthfulness.

A. 10X Newcastle is not owned by an accounting firm, however the owners of 10X Newcastle are all Chartered Accountants, so they know how to grow businesses. We currently share an office with VBD Chartered Accountants in the Landmark Building at Charlestown. You do not need to engage VBD for any services to take advantage of the 10X business coaching. In fact, most of our 10X clients are happy with their own accountants and we support their decision. Not surprisingly, we are supported and encouraged by other accountants that don't have the time or skills to coach their clients effectively and they are happy their clients are getting the support they need.
